Running a simulation
1. Open 'Round Simulator' from the Financial Tools group in the sidebar.
2. Enter the round parameters: pre-money valuation, investment amount, and round type.
3. The simulator calculates: post-money valuation, new shares issued, investor ownership percentage, and founder dilution.
Comparing scenarios
Click 'Add scenario' to create multiple simulations side by side. This helps you compare different valuation or investment amount combinations.
Each scenario shows results in a card format. A comparison table appears below when you have 2 or more scenarios.
