Generate investor memos in 4 formats, auto-populated from your Company Brain, with public share links.
Creating a memo
1. Open 'Memo Generator' from the Capital group in the sidebar.
2. Click 'New memo'.
3. Choose a format: One-Page Summary, Two-Page Brief, Full Investment Memo, or YC-Style Brief.
4. The generator pre-fills sections from your Company Brain, Metrics Store, and NarrativeOS data.
Important: Memos are analytical tools to help organize your thinking. They do not constitute investment advice.
Editing sections
Each memo format has predefined sections (e.g., Problem, Solution, Market, Traction, Team, Ask). Click any section to edit its content.
Pre-filled content is marked with a blue indicator. You should review and refine all AI-generated content before sharing.
Sharing memos
Click 'Create share link' to generate a public URL (upgradiq.com/memo/[token]). Anyone with the link can view the memo.
The memo list page shows all your memos with their share status and view count. Click the three-dot menu to edit, delete, or copy the share link.
