OKR Tracker
Set company-level Objectives and Key Results with quarterly cadence and progress tracking.
Creating an OKR
1. Open 'OKR Tracker' from the Metrics group in the sidebar.
2. Click 'New Objective'.
3. Write your objective (qualitative goal, e.g., 'Become the go-to tool for seed-stage founders').
4. Add up to 5 Key Results under the objective. Each key result needs a metric, start value, target value, and owner.
Tracking progress
Each key result shows a progress bar based on current value vs. target. Update the current value manually or link it to a Metrics Store field for automatic updates.
The objective shows an aggregate progress percentage based on all its key results.
Quarterly cadence
OKRs are organized by quarter (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4). Use the quarter picker at the top to switch between periods.
At the end of a quarter, click 'Close quarter' to archive current OKRs and optionally carry incomplete key results forward to the next quarter.
