Track monthly KPIs (MRR, customers, CAC, burn rate, runway) with auto-calculated fields and trend charts.
Adding monthly metrics
1. Open 'Metrics' from the Metrics group in the sidebar.
2. Click 'Add month' to create a new entry. Select the month and year.
3. Enter your core metrics: MRR, new customers, total customers, churn rate, CAC, LTV, burn rate, cash balance, gross margin, headcount, and NPS.
Not all fields are required. Enter what you have - even partial data improves your Health Score.
Auto-calculated fields
Some fields calculate automatically and cannot be edited directly:
ARR = MRR x 12
Runway months = Cash balance / Burn rate (rounded down)
These update in real time as you enter data.
Viewing trends
Below the input form, a 12-month trend chart shows your key metrics over time. Use the dropdown to switch between MRR, customers, burn rate, and other metrics.
Hover over any data point to see the exact value and date.
CSV export
Click 'Export CSV' in the top toolbar to download all your metrics as a spreadsheet. This includes both entered and calculated fields.
