Account and Billing
Manage your profile, subscription, and billing from Settings.
Profile settings
Go to Settings > Profile tab to update your display name, email, and password. Changes to your email require verification.
Plan limits
Each plan has specific limits. The most common are:
Fundraiser ($39/mo): 5 canvases, Data Room (50 files), 2 team seats, email support
Builder ($99/mo): all features, 500 files, priority support
Scale ($179/mo): unlimited everything, analytics, custom branding, API access
When you hit a limit, the feature shows a message with a link to upgrade.
Cancellation
Go to Settings > Billing > Manage billing > Cancel subscription. Your data is preserved for 90 days after cancellation. You can resubscribe at any time to restore full access.
