Create a structured business plan from 7 sections with AI writing assistance and PDF export.
Getting started
Open 'Business Plan' from the Strategy group in the sidebar. You will see a 7-section navigator on the left: Executive Summary, Company Overview, Market Analysis, Product, Go-to-Market, Financial Projections, and Milestones.
Click any section to open its editor. Each section has guided prompts and placeholder text showing what to include.
Writing with AI assistance
Each section has a 'Write with AI' button. Click it to generate a draft based on your Company Brain data and any canvases you have exported to the plan.
The AI writes in a professional tone suitable for investor audiences. You can edit everything it produces. Use it as a starting point, not a final draft.
Importing from canvases
Click the 'Import from Canvas' panel (sidebar icon) to see a list of your completed canvases. Select one to pull its content into the relevant plan sections.
For example, a Business Model Canvas will populate sections of Company Overview, Market Analysis, and Financial Projections with your canvas answers.
Adding milestones
The Milestones section at the bottom links to your Milestone Tracker. You can add milestones directly here or import them from the tracker.
Milestones appear in the exported PDF as a timeline, giving investors a clear view of your execution plan.
Exporting as PDF
Click 'Export PDF' in the top toolbar. The export generates a professionally formatted document with your company logo, all 7 sections, and the milestones timeline.
The PDF uses your Company Brain tagline as a subtitle and includes the generation date. You can also create a shareable link instead of a PDF.
