Investor CRM
Track your fundraising pipeline from first contact to close with a 6-stage Kanban board.
Pipeline stages
The CRM uses 6 stages: Identified, Contacted, Meeting Scheduled, Due Diligence, Term Sheet, and Closed. Each stage is a column in the Kanban view.
Adding an investor
1. Click 'Add investor' in the top right.
2. Fill in: investor name, firm, email, check size range, preferred stage, sectors, and geography.
3. The investor appears in the 'Identified' column. Drag them to the appropriate stage.
Investor profile cards
Click any investor card to open their detail panel. You will see their profile information, all notes and interactions, tasks (follow-ups, prep items), and Data Room access history if they have been given a share link.
Managing tasks
Each investor can have tasks attached. Click 'Add task' in their detail panel to create follow-up items with due dates.
Tasks appear in the pipeline tasks panel (click the checkbox icon in the toolbar) which shows all tasks across all investors sorted by due date.
Pipeline analytics
Click the 'Analytics' tab to see conversion rates between stages, average time in each stage, and overall pipeline velocity.
This data helps you identify where deals are getting stuck and optimize your fundraising process.
