Refund policy
Seven days to change your mind on a new subscription, stated with what is excluded so nobody finds out at the wrong moment.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
The short version
A new subscription can be refunded in full within seven days of purchase. After that the term runs to its end.
Domain names and one-off setup work are never refundable. Part months are not refunded. Everything below is the detail behind those three sentences.

The seven day window
The window starts the moment the order is paid, not when you first log in. Seven calendar days, weekends included.
It applies to a first purchase of a plan. It does not apply to a renewal: a renewal is the continuation of something you have already used, and you are told before it is charged.
- 03
What is refundable
Inside the window, the subscription fee for hosting, a server or a managed application, in full.
Outside the window, one case: if we end your service ourselves without you having broken the acceptable use page, we return the unused part of what you paid.
- 04
What is not refundable
Three categories, and each has a reason we can state.
- Domain names. Once registered, the registry has been paid and cannot be reversed.
- One-off setup, migration and build work. The hours have been worked.
- Renewals, and any term after the first seven days of the first purchase.
- A service suspended or ended because the acceptable use page was broken.
- 05
Part months are not refunded
We do not offer pro-rata refunds. If you cancel in the middle of a paid term, the service runs to the end of that term and there is no partial return for the days you did not use.
This is why the term choice matters when you order. If you are not certain, start monthly and move to a longer term once you are.

How to ask
Write to hello@upgradiq.com from the email address on the account, or message our WhatsApp number. Give the account name and which service you mean.
You do not have to explain why. Inside the seven days we do not ask for a reason.
- 07
How long it takes
We approve or decline within three working days, and we say which in writing.
An approved refund goes back the same way you paid. A card refund usually appears within five to ten working days, depending on your bank. A bank transfer takes as long as your bank takes, and we cannot make it faster from our side.
The terms every plan is sold on
One currency and four term lengths. The longer terms take a discount off the monthly rate, and every page on this site quotes the same four.
A term renews for the same length at the rate published then, and a price change is announced at least thirty days before your renewal date. Switching renewal off stops the next charge and leaves the service running to the end of the term you paid for.
Who you are dealing with
One registered company stands behind every plan on this site, and this is it. There is no reseller in the middle and no second entity on the invoice.

Ask before you agree, not after
A question about any of these documents is answered by a person, usually the same working day. Nothing here is too small to ask about.
- Message the WhatsApp number and quote the document name.
- Or write to the shared inbox and we reply in writing.
- Ask us to explain a clause in your own words before you buy.
- Ask what a clause means for your specific setup.
The other policies
Privacy
What we collect when you use this site or buy hosting from us, why we hold it, and how to have it deleted.
Terms of service
The agreement behind every plan on this site: what you buy, what it costs, when it renews, and how either side ends it.
Payment methods
How to pay, what an invoice looks like, what happens when a payment fails, and who owes the tax.
Acceptable use
What may not be run on our machines, written so you can check it without a technical background.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all. Here is what it does store, what measures the traffic, and how to clear it.
How a change reaches you
This page carries the date it was last changed, at the top and again here. If the date has not moved, nothing has.
A change that costs you money or narrows what you can do is announced at least thirty days before it applies, by email to the address on your account. A correction to wording that changes nothing is published without notice, with the date updated.
We keep no separate archive of old versions. If you need the wording that applied on a particular date, ask and we will send it.
Rather ask a person
Send the question. A clause explained in one message is faster than a page read three times.
