The questions we get asked
- What does it cost?
- A fixed price for the build, quoted after we know what you sell. The card company and the delivery company charge their own fees, and those are paid by you directly to them.
- How long does it take?
- We agree the date before we start, and it is written into the quote. What moves the date is usually product photos and prices, so we ask for those first.
- Do I own what you build?
- Yes. The code, the web address and the payment account are all in your name. If you stop working with us, none of it stops working.
- What if I want changes after launch?
- Prices, products and photos you change yourself. Anything larger is quoted as its own small job, and you decide whether to do it.
- Who maintains it afterwards?
- We do, if you want us to, on a monthly agreement covering updates, backups and fixes. If you would rather use somebody else, we hand them everything they need.
