The questions we get asked
- What does it cost?
- A fixed price per stage, quoted once we have seen how the work is done today. You approve each stage before it starts, so the cost never arrives as a surprise.
- How long does it take?
- We agree the date for the first working piece before we start, and each stage after it has its own agreed date.
- Do I own what you build?
- Yes. The code is yours, the data is yours, and the servers and accounts are registered to your company. We hand over the code at the end of every stage, not just at the end.
- What if I want changes after launch?
- Expected. Software that matches a business has to move when the business moves. Small changes are quoted per change, or you keep a monthly block of our time.
- Who maintains it afterwards?
- We do, on a monthly agreement, or your own developer does. It is written in ordinary tools that any competent developer can pick up.
