Payment methods

How to pay, what an invoice looks like, what happens when a payment fails, and who owes the tax.

Last updated: 8 September 2026

One currency

All prices and all invoices are in United States dollars. We do not bill in any other currency.

If your card or your bank account is in a different currency, your bank converts it at their rate and may add their own fee. That amount is between you and your bank, and we never see it.

    What we accept

Two methods, and each suits a different kind of buyer.

    • Card: the usual major credit and debit cards, taken through our payment provider.
    • Bank transfer: for annual terms and for companies whose finance team pays on invoice.
  2. 03

    Where card details go

Card details are entered with our payment provider and are never stored on our systems. We see the card type, the last four digits and the expiry date, which is what an invoice and a failed payment notice need.

That is also why we can never ask you for a full card number. If a message claiming to be from us asks for one, it is not from us.

  3. 04

    Invoices and receipts

An invoice is issued for every charge and sent to the billing email on your account. It names the service, the term, the dates it covers and the amount.

If your company needs a purchase order number, a specific billing entity or a different billing address on the invoice, tell us before the first charge. Changing an invoice after it is issued is slower for both of us.

  4. 05

    Renewal charges

A renewal is charged on the day your term ends, to the card or the account on file, at the rate published then.

We write to you before a renewal so it is never a surprise, and a price change is announced at least thirty days ahead. Switching renewal off at any point stops the next charge.

  5. 06

    When a payment fails

A card expires, a transfer bounces, a bank blocks a foreign charge. It happens, and nothing is deleted on the first failure.

    • Day one: we tell you it failed and we try again.
    • Day three and day seven: we try again and write again.
    • Day ten: the service is suspended, which means switched off with your data left in place.
    • Day forty: an unpaid suspended service and its data are deleted. We warn you before this step.
  6. 07

    Taxes

Prices on this site are shown without tax. Where a sales tax, a value added tax or a withholding tax applies to you in your own country, paying it is your responsibility and it is not deducted from what you owe us.

If your country requires you to withhold tax on a payment to us, tell us before you pay, so the invoice and the amount received match on both sides.

  7. 08

    Disputes and chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, write to us first. A billing mistake on our side is corrected quickly, and we would rather refund you than argue about it.

A chargeback raised with your bank without contacting us freezes the account until the bank decides, which usually takes longer than a message to us would have.

Billing

The terms every plan is sold on

One currency and four term lengths. The longer terms take a discount off the monthly rate, and every page on this site quotes the same four.

A term renews for the same length at the rate published then, and a price change is announced at least thirty days before your renewal date. Switching renewal off stops the next charge and leaves the service running to the end of the term you paid for.

Supplier

Who you are dealing with

One registered company stands behind every plan on this site, and this is it. There is no reseller in the middle and no second entity on the invoice.

Questions

Ask before you agree, not after

A question about any of these documents is answered by a person, usually the same working day. Nothing here is too small to ask about.

  • Message the WhatsApp number and quote the document name.
  • Or write to the shared inbox and we reply in writing.
  • Ask us to explain a clause in your own words before you buy.
  • Ask what a clause means for your specific setup.
Changes

How a change reaches you

This page carries the date it was last changed, at the top and again here. If the date has not moved, nothing has.

A change that costs you money or narrows what you can do is announced at least thirty days before it applies, by email to the address on your account. A correction to wording that changes nothing is published without notice, with the date updated.

We keep no separate archive of old versions. If you need the wording that applied on a particular date, ask and we will send it.

Rather ask a person

Send the question. A clause explained in one message is faster than a page read three times.
