For stores that already have traffic

Traffic arrives and the cart does not close

Most Gulf stores do not have a traffic problem. They have a store that loads in six seconds on a phone, a catalogue nobody can search, and a checkout that asks for one thing too many.

The situation

The problem is not the traffic

You are paying for visits that arrive on a page taking six seconds to paint on a mid range phone. A third of them leave before they see anything. The ones who stay meet a catalogue that cannot be filtered by the thing they actually care about, and a checkout that asks them to make an account first.

Recognise any of these

Five signs this page is for you

Tick the ones you recognise. Nothing is sent anywhere and there is no score: the count is for you, not for us.

Read them again. If none of them land, this page is not for you, and the services page is the shorter route.

What we do for you

Our services, written for your work

The same ones we sell to everybody. What changes is which part of your job each one takes off your desk.

Web development

Find the cause of the six seconds, fix it, and leave the measurement so it does not come back. Usually it is what accumulated on top of the template, not the template.

How it works

The terms that matter before the price does

Measure before touching anything

Core Web Vitals from real users, not a lab score. The baseline is published to you before we propose a change.

Cheapest fix first

Deleting is usually faster and safer than rebuilding. On the last engagement of this shape nine apps came out and the template stayed.

One number, agreed first

Orders, not sessions. Every change is reported against it, and the ones that did not move it are named too.

Handed to your team

A care plan you can cancel, not a dependency. The repository is yours from the first commit.

Straight answer

When we are the wrong call

  • The store has no traffic yet and the ask is to create demand from nothing
  • The platform cannot be changed, only added to
  • Success is defined as a redesign rather than as orders
Questions

Asked on the first call

Do we need to rebuild the store?

Usually not. On the last rescue of this shape we deleted nine apps, replaced two with a few lines inside the theme, and kept the design exactly as it was. A rebuild is the answer only when the platform itself is the problem.

Shopify, Salla, or custom?

All three, and the choice is yours. If you are already on one that works, moving platforms is a cost with no customer on the other end of it.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do, from the first day. Your accounts, your billing, your history. Ending the engagement means removing our access, not rebuilding a year of data.

How fast do we see the first change?

Performance work shows in weeks because it is technical. Search and paid restructure take a quarter to read honestly, and we will say which of the two your quarter needs.
