- Do I need somebody technical?
- No. We install it, connect it to what you already use, and stay with you until it works. After that you use it like any other app.
- Can I take more than one?
- Yes, and most customers do. Each has its own monthly price, so you can start with one and add another when it makes sense.
- What happens when something breaks?
- You message us and we repair it. Watching the servers is part of the monthly price, so most faults are dealt with before you notice them.
- Where does my data sit?
- On a server we run in your name. The data is yours, we do not sell it, and you can export it or ask us to delete it.
- Can I try it before I commit?
- There is no setup fee and no long contract. You pay for a month, and if it is not right you tell us and stop.
