Tasks, repeats and your calendar

Keep every step and your own to-dos in one list, board or calendar.

Tasks holds your Sprint steps and anything you add yourself, with their dates. A Sprint's steps and your task list are the same tasks: tick one here and it is ticked on the workbench too.

Tasks, as a board

  1. Switch between List, Board and Calendar.
  2. Add your own task, with a date and a repeat.
  3. A Sprint step carries its Sprint's name.

List

Overdue, Today, Next 7 days, Later and No date, plus what you finished in the last 14 days.

Board

To do, Doing and Done, moved with Start, Done and Reopen.

Calendar

A month at a time, with each day's tasks listed below.

Repeats

Daily, weekly or monthly. Tick one off and the next appears with its new date.

Bring your tasks in

  1. Export a CSV

    From Trello, Asana, Notion or ClickUp.

  2. Choose the file

    Under Bring your tasks in, press Choose a CSV file (up to 900 KB).

  3. Match the columns

    Pick which column is the task name; date, status, notes and repeat are optional.

  4. Check and import

    See the first rows as they will land, then Import N tasks. Up to 500 rows come in.

Tasks in your calendar

The Your calendar card gives you a private link: Add to Google, or Apple or Outlook. It shows your dated tasks and Sprint due dates across your workspaces and refreshes every few hours. Make a new link and stop the old one if you shared it by mistake.
