The decision log and growth memory

The Decision log collects every decision in one timeline: Sprints you finished, experiments you concluded, and decisions you record by hand. Each is read against your numbers one and three months later.

Growth memory is what this workspace has learned: Sprints, experiments, decisions, daily notes and assumptions, searchable and filtered by type, area and result. Download CSV takes what the filters show.

Memory belongs to the workspace, not to a person. When people change, or the workspace is handed over, what was learned stays with the company.
