   In Support, New request: a subject and the details. Tick Attach my account context so we do not have to ask.

   Get the reply

   Replies from the support team appear in the request, with its status: Open, In progress or Closed.

3. 3

   Reply back

   Answering reopens a request, whether it was in progress or closed.
