Payments and cancelling
Pay by card, USDT or bank transfer, find your receipts, and cancel.
Choose a plan on Membership, monthly or yearly. Plan and billing shows your plan, when it renews, and your orders.

Transfer: get the details
Pay in Egyptian pounds, agree that the payment is final, then Show me the transfer details. The price is held for 24 hours.
Send it
To the bank account shown, the exact amount, with the reference.
Upload the receipt
Upload the receipt. You get an email once it is confirmed, and you are in.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like from Plan and billing. You keep everything until the end of the time you paid for; the card says Cancelled: runs until that date. After that, Start it again brings back your workspaces as they were.
My card payment failed
Plan and billing says so. The payment is retried; update your card in the billing portal so access does not end at the period end.
Why is my account on hold?
A payment is overdue. Downloads and new purchases pause until it is paid; uploading the transfer receipt stops the clock.
