Create your account and sign in
Get in with your email, choose a password, and get back in if you forget it.
There is one sign-in page, /login, with three tabs: Sign in, Create account and Reset password. You always sign in with your email and a password you chose yourself.
Ask for the link
On Create account, type your email and press Send the link. Joining the membership creates the account for you too.
Open the email
The email is called Set your password. Press Choose my password, then Continue on the page it opens.
Choose a password
At least eight characters, then Save password. Go to my account takes you to your dashboard.
Sign in next time
Your email and that password on the Sign in tab. Show reveals what you typed.
The link in the email lasts an hour and works once. If it has expired, the page offers Ask for a new link.
Forgot your password
Press I forgot my password (or the Reset password tab), type your email and press Send the link. You get the same Set your password email. It can take a minute and may land in spam.
Change your password
In Settings, the Password card asks for your current password and the new one, then Change password. The new one works on every device from that moment.
The sign-in says my email and password do not match
If you never chose a password (for example, your account was created when you joined), use I forgot my password once to set one.
Can I change my email address?
Not from Settings. Write to us from Support and we change it for you.
I did not get the email
Check spam, wait a minute, then ask again. Addresses that forward mail elsewhere are refused, so use the inbox you read.
