Can I try before committing?
We offer a guided demo for all products. Book a demo with our team to see the platform live before purchasing. Accelerator OS and VC OS plans include a structured evaluation period arranged with our team.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Startup OS plan at any time. Changes are prorated immediately. Accelerator OS and VC OS plans are annual and require contacting us to change.
Do you support BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
Yes. You can connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key on the AI tab in settings. This lets you use your own models and controls your AI usage costs directly.
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. We use Supabase with row-level security on every table. Your data is never used to train models.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account moves to read-only for 30 days so you can export your data before deletion.
