ملفات Excel بصيغة .xlsx وملفات Word بصيغة .docx. بيفتحوا في Excel وأي برنامج بيقرا الصيغتين دول.
الأرقام مضمونة؟
كل ملف بيمر على فحوصات آلية قبل ما ينزل: الحسابات بتتعاد بلغة تانية وتتطابق، وكل إشارة بين الشيتات بتتأكد إنها بتوصل لخانة موجودة فعلاً. والمعادلات مكشوفة، مش مخفية.
لو نزلت نسخة أحدث؟
بتنزّل النسخة الحالية دايماً. لو ملف اتظبط أو اتحسّن، بتوصلك من غير ما تدفع تاني.
فيه استرجاع؟
لأ. التسليم فوري وكامل، فالبيع نهائي، وده مكتوب في الشروط مش مخفي. عشان كده الصور فوق للملفات الحقيقية جوه: شوف اللي هتاخده قبل ما تدفع.
